Nigerian Twitter Will Go To Hell For Doing This To Chioma Jesus.

Basically, the world is still at that point where we cannot celebrate someone’s talent or success without bringing them down by comparing them with someone else, I don’t really get why we do this, what do y’ all gain by comparing?

It’s not been that long since the release of BeyoncĂ©’s homecoming Netflix documentary, and the world is still trying to recover from it’s impact. While a lot of people are impressed and marveled at her artistry, others have been trying to downplay her success by comparing her with the likes of Chris Brown and Michael Jackson. Like someone has to be better for them to be considered good, I mean, can’t we all just enjoy their greatness? Why do we have to compare?

But as we all know, nothing is actually interesting until Nigerian Twitter jumps on it, and while the rest of the world has decided to be ‘moving mad’, Nigerian twitter decided to add one more contender to the list of the greatest performers, and it’s none other than our very own, Chioma Jesus.

The woman was just in her house probably enjoying family time, until Nigeria decided to bring her to the mix and now the poor woman is trending. I just hope this one way or the other helps her music. Nigerians are just the kings and queens of sarcasm.

Nigerian Twitter, just know that y’all can’t make heaven lol.
