Maybe it’s time to let go

Everything that has a beginning also an end. You can either keep crying about it or pick up your pieces and move on.
However, you don’t have a choice between the two, you have to first cry it out and then pick up your pieces. You don’t jump to ‘step two’ when you have not yet dealt with ‘step one’.
Bella Alubo ‘summer’s over’ the particular song in the album embodies this feeling. After everything has been said and done you come to the realization that ‘you know what? This has ended, err so what’s next?’

This song makes me think Bella Alubo and Alessia Cara had a conversation because Alessia Cara’s ‘October’ song is about the fear of the reality Bella Alubo is facing, by the way Ladipoe and Ajebutter 22 were fire on that song!!

So guys I just gave you two tracks for your break up playlist.
