Isolating Music

View this post on Instagram

My friends hate that my ears are always plugged, They find it hard to speak to me, When I desperately need someone to listen, Talk about conflicts of interest. Music some say is therapy, But I think it’s more than that, I think is sorcery, more like dark magic Because, how did Lorde know I’m a liability? How did she know that she was obsessed with me till she got out of her depressive misery, and after that, decided to do away from me? Maybe cos I remind her of everything she doesn’t want to be, Nobody cares about the medicine after they are done being healed. How did Ed Sheehan know I’m always looking for someone to save? And Making the cycles starts again, How did he know that I try to save myself first but always fail? More frightening is How Kanye knew I thought about killing you, And with all this trodding emotions, I love myself way more than I ever loved you, My pride is my Achilles hill, My emotions will be the death of me So I smile and treat people special so no one will discover it. Collective conscious might be the cos of this, The ability for us to feel the same thing, Although those around me have no idea what’s been going on lately I am glad there is someone out there that gets it.
